Wesam Melhem commenced employment with Ashley & Martin after he became aware of the successful treatment options available for those experiencing hair loss. Wesam is a principal consultant in the Adelaide office and has over twelve years experience in assessment, treatment and strategy, and leads customers to desired outcomes with evidence based insight. He has not only supported individual customers on the front line of hair loss but has been privileged to administer operations nationwide and provide senior consultancy support to Ashley & Martin’s consultants’ across the country. In addition to this, he has supported the business in the establishment of consultancy outlets such as South Melbourne relying on his overall tenure to construct a best practice approach.
